Marco is very thorough and so professional in his inspections! He saved us from buying a problem home. I have highly recommended him to many friends and clients who have used his services and were very pleased!!

I was very happy with Marco! I have a 3 year old who had to come to the inspection and he was very patient with him as he followed him around and asked him questions the whole time lol. Marco talked to him and played with him. As far as the inspection, it was great, he was very diligent and informative. Did I mention it was pouring outside and he still got up on the roof and took his time. Our report has been very helpful. I would totally recommend him to others in the future! And if we ever need another inspection we certainly know who we will be using.
